Guarantee & Warranty
Warranty information will be modified by the technician based on each specific task performed. Information provided in writing by the technician will supersede any general warranties. Our general warranty coverage pertains to normal wear and tear and does not cover instances of misuse or neglect such as frozen conditions, damage, use of harsh chemicals, etc. Warranties are non-transferrable. Warranties are always applied to the original date of purchase and do not reset on subsequent service visits.
When a potential warranty situation arises, the customer will be quoted the corresponding standard dispatch charge for the visit. If the technician determines the issue to be a warranty related matter, the dispatch charge will be waived and the repair will be made at no cost to the homeowner. If the issue is separate from previously contracted work, the technician will provide solutions and pricing accordingly.
All warranties related to stoppages will be notated on paperwork by the technician according to job specifications and per conditions and integrity of exiting drain line.
