Once a Precision technician arrives at your home, he will make a thorough diagnosis and gain an understanding of what you’re looking to accomplish. Once he gathers all of the information he will provide you with a list of options with pricing in writing before he makes any repairs. Rest assured, the technician will not proceed with any work until you authorize him to do so.
All work is priced by the job, not by the hour. Maintenance Agreement
We will visit your home to complete this checklist, and if any item does not pass our inspection, we will advise you of your options to address the problem. We train all of our technicians to look out for common issues while working at your home so we can alert you to a problem before it becomes a big disaster.
